A single 'poison' message is being received over and over. Every retry burns consumer time and the DLQ never receives it. Healthy traffic is being starved.
Symptom · Receive count on the poison message climbs forever. No DLQ entries appear.
Goal: Move the poison message to the DLQ within 30 ticks.
Hint: Lower maxReceiveCount until the poison hits DLQ quickly.
